Tilted-Halo.org ♥

Tilted Halo started 02/03/2010, but later in the year, Tilted-Halo.org was bought on 04/21/2010, meant to replace the other domain I had bought earlier in the year. I started web designing at the end of 2007, and started with fanlistings. Since then, my main website has always been aimed to be a collective. Now I have decided to convert to a resource site, with tutorials and free templates for different websites!
